Delete your NextBayt account

NextBayt is operated by NextBayt Analytics FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains how to delete your NextBayt account and what happens to your data when you do.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account in any of these ways.

On the web

1. Sign in at nextbayt.com.
2. Open Settings from the left menu.
3. Scroll down and, under Danger Zone, click the Delete Account button.
4. On the confirmation card, select a reason for leaving (and optionally add a comment), then click Continue.
5. On the final step, type DELETE in the field and click Delete account.

In the NextBayt app

1. Open NextBayt, go to Profile, then tap Security.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
3. On the confirmation card, select a reason for leaving (and optionally add a comment), then tap Continue.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.

What happens when you delete

• Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out on all devices.
• If you have an active NextBayt subscription, it is cancelled and you will not be billed again. Payments already made are not refunded automatically.
• Any unused prepaid AI chat credit is forfeited.
• For 30 days you can change your mind: sign in again and your account is restored on the Free plan. A cancelled subscription is not restored, but you can subscribe again at any time.
• After 30 days, your account and the data listed below are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

When the 30 days are up, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile details, including your name, email address and profile photo
• Your saved profiles, how much weight you give to what matters to you, your personal scoring adjustments and the record of how they were tuned
• Your property analyses, saved results and PDF reports
• Your AI chat (Zain) conversations, messages and any images you uploaded to them
• Your sessions and API keys
• Messages you sent us through the app, including problem reports and their screenshots
• Your usage history

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and transaction records (such as invoices and subscription payments) are kept for as long as UAE tax, accounting and commercial record-keeping laws require, generally at least five years from the date of the transaction.
• Feedback you choose to give about why you are leaving is kept, but it is no longer linked to your account.
• We may keep specific data for longer where the law requires it, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.
